To promote “entire garbage classification and zero waste” project, the city carries out the implementation of resources recycling, efficient garbage reduction and increase the economic year of cremation furnace and landfill ground, actively promote the resources recycling of execution agencies. Meanwhile, in cooperate with the EPA propaganda, we continuously promote disposable products reduction of night markets, business circles of the city to achieve the goals of environmental protection and sustainable use of resources. The content of this project could be generally categorized in 3 major items, which are promotion for source reduction of dispensable products, resources recycling, compulsory garbage classification and garbage reduction with explanation as follows: Regarding the promotion for source reduction of dispensable products, the project has counselled 104 food and beverage stores in this city to participate in self-prepared lunch box discount activities and assist Luoho Environmental Shopping Area to gradually replace melamine utensils, promote dine in plastic restriction and take out plastic reduction, including second hand bag rental, environmental utensils rental and tea offer stop, while there is also environmental shopping area propaganda website established, green life happy shopping organized cooperatively by different sections and offices. The speaker Chiu, Yi-Sheng, councilor Peng, Jun-Hoa, deputy mayor Lee, Shien-Ming such “local public figures” were invited for marketing the environmental shopping area. Meanwhile, the project also counsels total 25 food and beverage operators to provide take out or delivery services with reusable utensils. It is expected to gradually change the habits of public and attract more people to join the plastic reduction works. Regarding the resources recycling, the project has summarized 7 flea market information and submit the treasure map for unwanted articles in Q1, Q2 and Q3. Meanwhile, 5,000 unwanted articles treasure map posters were printed for resources recycling propaganda and promotion aiming at registered community management committees, schools and village offices. Regarding the compulsory garbage classification and garage reduction, the project has completed preplanning work and propaganda DM design. However, the broken bag audit was suspended due to the pandemic disease.
